Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Certixa for bulk document generation and public verification workflows.

Effective date: May 25, 2026. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

1. Account Terms

  • You must use a valid email and maintain account security.
  • You are responsible for activities performed under your account.

2. Service Usage and Technical Limits

  • Canvas size must be within system limits.
  • Uploaded files must comply with allowed type, size, and dimension constraints.
  • Malicious files and abuse attempts are strictly prohibited.
  • Scraping, brute-force, auth bypass, and spam campaigns are prohibited.
  • Certixa may apply throttling, queue delays, suspension, or termination to protect infrastructure.

3. Credits, Billing, and Validity

  • All credit purchases are final (non-refundable).
  • Purchased credits expire based on the active validity period.
  • Basic billing model: generation per document, optional email per document, and external signature premium per signature slot.
  • Credits are deducted only after key validation passes and the job proceeds.
  • Jobs are rejected when available credits are insufficient.

4. External Signature Terms

  • You must have a lawful basis to contact signers and process their data.
  • You must provide accurate signer emails and must not use the feature for spam or phishing.
  • Certixa provides technical infrastructure and audit records; it does not provide legal notarization services.

5. Content and Copyright Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the legality, ownership, and accuracy of uploaded templates, logos, and recipient data.

6. Public Verification Access

Documents may be publicly verifiable using a registry ID. Limited fields can be shown for verification purposes while related projects remain active.

7. Service Changes

Certixa may update platform limits, retention policies, and terms to maintain service quality and system security.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certixa is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or legal consequences arising from user-issued documents.
